By accessing and using the services provided by Averra("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Averra provides interior design, space planning, architectural consultation, and related services. All project timelines, deliverables, and specific scopes of work will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon project contract or proposal.
All design concepts, drawings, renderings, and materials produced by Averra remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, you are granted a license to use the designs for their intended purpose.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access to the site for the successful completion of the design project. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions.
Payment schedules will be detailed in the individual project proposal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
Averra shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services rendered.
